The Gini index coefficient – the distribution of family income in the countries of the world.
The distribution of family income, the Gini index, measures the degree of inequality in the distribution of family income in a country. The more equal the distribution of income in a country, the lower its Gini index, for example, the Scandinavian countries with an index of 25. the data in the table are arranged as a ranking of countries by the Gini index.
